I want to reject my ktm under the consumer act 2015

Terrible customer service i have purchased a brand new ktm from holeshot motocross in salisbury i have never experienced such poor sevice i have rejected the bike because it broke down the second day and has continually broken down since the bike shop are refusing to refund me i have told them i have aright to reject this bike under the consumer rights act 2015 goods must be fit for purpose not interested by the way ii rejected this bike well within the 30 days they are not interested in what the law is so it looks like we will be going to court

Servicing

I have a new bike (reg mk23wzu) that has reached its 1st 600mile service... however i cannot get it booked in for a service anywhere? i have only 2 local dealerships 1 is 40mins drive in croydon just outside london, i called them but they just said they had no availability. The other is P&H in gatwick- he also said they had no technicians available but hopefully service the bike in 4 weeks...! he also advised me that i would loose my warranty if i did not use KTM for the service which is ridiculous considering you cant service any bikes. I need a bike daily for work- what am i suppose to do walk!!! If i had known that after sales care was this bad i obviously would not of brought this bike. Now ill have to get the train to work for a minimum of 4 weeks this means early starts and getting home late, paying for parking at the station daily and of course the train ticket which is staggeringly over priced. You must be able to make a allowance for me to get this machine serviced elsewhere? after all its only oil and filter change! Or do i have grounds to return the bike for a refund? Really im expecting the bike to have some issues down the line but having the warranty made me over look this. R Hudson

The Dealer did not give me a RC , & They did not tell me a proper reason why these thing happen ,& even the dealer behave rudely , dont buy ktm bikes , because the dealer continuesly doing fraud to sell the product , worst experence ever

Worst service and customer treatment. Money Eating

Subject: Complaint about Poor Customer Service and Unsatisfactory Repairs - KTM Duke 200 (KL13AK0870) Dear KTM I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the consistently poor customer experience and service I have received from your Kannur service center. Since the time of purchasing my KTM Duke 200 (KL13AK0870), I have encountered numerous issues with my bike and the service provided, which have remained unresolved despite multiple visits to your center. To provide you with a clear overview of my concerns, I would like to outline the major issues I have faced: 1.A big noise issue from conset side: Following an accident, I reported a significant noise emanating from the conset side of my bike during the insurance claim process. Although I informed your service center about this problem, the issue was not adequately addressed. After changing the oil seal as recommended by your service team, the noise persisted. Subsequent visits and repairs, including the replacement of the conset, failed to resolve the problem.after they told me to change the fork tubes I have changed both and still issue not resolved. I only driven my bike 6000+km during this period (almost 2 year) 2. Tank leakage: Another issue I encountered was a leakage in the tank. After the mail to higher team the issue resolved. 3. Engine cover damage due to clutch adjust: During a service appointment, the clutch adjustment resulted in damage to the engine cover. Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved yet. These are just a few examples of the recurring problems I have faced with my bike, and I believe a thorough review of my service history will reveal several other instances that have contributed to my dissatisfaction. I would like to emphasize that I have been patient and cooperative throughout this entire process. I have consistently followed up with your service center, hoping for a satisfactory resolution. However, the lack of effective communication, delayed response times, and repetitive attempts to rectify the same issues have left me deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve a better experience and a higher standard of service. I kindly request a thorough investigation into my case, along with a comprehensive explanation of the reasons behind the repeated failures to address these concerns adequately. Additionally, I expect a detailed plan of action to rectify all outstanding issues promptly. Please understand that if I do not receive a satisfactory update by Monday, [Date], I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and consider alternative measures to address the situation, including publicizing my dissatisfaction. I genuinely hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and restore my faith in your service. I look forward to your prompt attention to this complaint and a favorable resolution. Not happy with the customer service

About 2022 KTM super adventure s from Beaverton KTM dealership and I'm not getting a great customer service and I called the customer service in California they don't know what I'm talking about they have no clue anything about the bike I need someone to help me out thanks

Poor customer service not honoring what they publish

purchased a 2022 KTM RC390 that was supposed to have bluetooth as every ad online tells you the bike received in 2022. they told me after purchase it did not have it because of shortage of chips but even the dealers did not know this. The dealer told me there were many KTM owner that bought bikes thinking they had the gps blue tooth option and didn't even though they marketed that it did. The dealer told me after i called and complained he had 4 others with the same issue and KTM was not doing anything about it. They did look at the bike and hook it to the computer to make sure it was not software issue and looks like they will help me get out of this bike since i'm not happy. So i'm happy they will get me on a kawasaki like i should have bought in the first place. So beware of KTM look online and read how poor the customers service is. There are many people posting how bad they treat you after the sale and i will not support a company that treats people that way. People work to hard to earn a living and when you spend money on a company you invest in their future and when they have poor customer service it just shows you they don't care about their customers. reviews before you buyread

Cannot get spares from KTM

My camshaft was damage and I wanted to order a new one for a 690 **** model but ktm will only be able to export them on the 12/03/2023. I requested the part on the 14 /02 2023. why the wait and does that mean if you bike is 5 years old no spares very pissed of with the *** spares from KTM new slogan :ready to wait:Buy a ktm that has not been made yet

Complaint on service center

Good evening sir My name is Prabhakar senapati lives in Raipur Chhattisgarh actually sir my nephew who live in odisa raja khariar he order a ktm rc 200 light bulb form the showroom of Raipur Chhattisgarh telibandha ktm showroom they confirmed the order and take the payment on their own phone pay wallet with the delivery charges and the name of the guy who take the order is may b rajat, he doesn't delivered the product to my nephew and also not attending the call of my nephew his contact number is this 6266-91**** so then my nephew told me uncle plz visti the ktm showroom and take the product and deliver to me and visit the showroom then he became so toxic and using bad, worng word to me he is taking like he is a mafiya or a big criminal he also not return the delivery charges and talking like a owner of ktm India plz this is my humble request to you plz take some strict action on that person. #WELOVE KTM

Faulty Bike

I have purchased a KTM Adventure 390 from S.K. motors Mumbai on the 3rd of December 2022. After one month and 550 Kms when I got the bike back to the service Centre, a clicking noise was identified and on further inspection it was identified that it was a huge play in the big end of the connecting rod bearing. on trying to connect to the area manage Mr. Shoeb Sayyed, I recieved no reply regarding approvals for parts replacement. My question is why is that a New machine from KTM with only 550 Kms done faces such a dire issue and there is no one answerable for the defect in such a high priced product. I have begun to loose trust in the brand as there is a limited avenue to contact the KTM company in India. Except for the dealer, no one else is contactable. and the dealer also has to wait and rely on the service manager, who is untraceble

THE COMPLAINT WHICH I MADE IS TOTALLY TRUE AND EVEN I HAVE PROPER EVIDENCE , WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE NO ONE CAN TAKE ANY KIND OF ACTION. AND IF THEY KNOWS VERY WELL THAT BIKE IS NOT HAVING THEN WHY THEY NEED TO OPEN ENGINE OF BIKE. MANY TIMES I BEING TO KTM AFTER NEXT DAY OF BIKE DELIVERY WITH MY COMPLAINT , BUT THEY TOLD ME YOU HAVE TO TAKE APPOINTMENT THEN ONLY WE CAN DO SOMETHING THEY WERE DOING SAME THING FROM MANY DAYS, AFTER MY VERY REQUEST THEY TOLD ME IT IS LIKE THIS. ITS PROPER DRIVE WHILE THE TIME . NOTHING IS WRONG. That had there been any problem in the vehicle , either the vehicle should not have been taken by the complainant at the time of delivery and even while taking the registration papers the complainant should have lodged any complaint. FIRST THING WHILE BOOKING THE KTM BIKE THEY HAVENT GAVE ANY TRAIL TO ME. I ONLY SELECTD HE COLOUR OF BIKE . AND AFTER FEWS DAYS BIKE WAS DELIVERED TO ME. Further once the vehicle is delivered to the customer after its sale the opposite parties do not have any control or knowledge as to how the vehicle is being used, who are all using it, whether it is maintained properly , whether all the tips given for the efficient performance of the vehicle is followed by the customers, etc these are some of the vital question on which there is no evidence . in the absence of it and based only on the bald allegation of the complainant no adverse orders should be passed which will be in the prejudicial interest of the opposite parties. THE OPPOSITE PARTY IS SAYING I DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF BIKE . IF I DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGW THAN HOW WOULD I USE KTM 250 . BEFORE I USED KTM 250 AND THT WAS PURCHASED BY THE SAME KTM SHOWROOM ON 3RD APRIL 2018 MH01CZ3852 AND EXPIRE 3/9/2021 The opponent categorically mention that the vehicle of the complainant is in aperfectly okay condition. NO IT IS TOTALLY WRONG , AFTER MY BIKE DELIVERED TO ME. MANY TIMES I WENT TO SHOWROOM WITH MY COMPLAINTS , BUT THEY HAVENT RESPONSE ME . This complaint is also filed after the expiry of warranty period , the vehicle was purchased on 7/7/2017 and the warranty has already been expired as the service is not availed as per warranty terms and condition s per schedule of service . therefore , even on this ground this complaint is not maintainable . THIS COMPLAINT IS ALSO FILED WHEN THE WARRANTY PERIODS WAS THEIR . THE VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 12/1/2019 , SERVICE WAS AVAILED AS PER WARRANTY PERIOD. FIRST THING KTM IS NOT KNOWING THE PURCHASE & DELIVERED DATE OF MY BIKE AND HOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT COMPLAINT IS FALSE. That the present complaint is baseless and flagrant abuse of process of law to harassment and blackmail the opponents . it is pertinent to mention here that whenever the vehicle was brought to the workshop of the opponent the same was duly attended and as there is no deficiency in service on the parts of the opponents Many times I being to showroom but they harras me a lot and they didnt gave me proper response instide of solving my problem I faced a lot. And after I forced them to check my bike . they opended all the parts of my bike. The components have to refund of cost of vehicle because the damage of vehicle is done by them itself . I have the evidence against them with clearly videos and picture . after my request to them dont open the parts of bike still they havent listened and even they charged for handlebar everytime they use to say me your bike is not having any problem only handlebar having problem. So I asked to change . and that also was chargeable . same thing happened 5 times with me. They changed handle bar 5 times but they havent gave to receipt and not even they returned me old handle bar. Many times they opened the engine and parts of bike that time they didnt gave me Gatepass or receipt . and after facing all the problem I took videos of them while opening the parts / engine of bike. The complainant may kindly be asked to produce the vehicle to the opponents for opponents for inspection to knoW the present status of the vehicle . the opponents are ready to submit to this honble forum expert report upon inspection and necessary trials of the vehicle. Further the last available reading of 15214 is of 12 october 2019 and we are not knowing the latest reading of the vehicle. The complainant has also not disclosed the latest reading of the vehicle . hence the complainant may be directed to give the vehicle for inspection to the opponents. AFTER PUTTING THE KEY ON BIKE TO START AUTOMATIC KILOMETER SHOWS. HOW MUCH I USED WILL GET THE LATEST READING OF THE VEHICLE , SO HOW CAN I DISCLOSE . IF I AM NOT HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE OF BIKE . THE COMPONENTS SHOULD BE EXPERT TO CHECK THE LATEST READING OF BIKE. BECAUSE EVERYDAY THEY DO THE SAME WORK. MANY PROBLEMS I FACED AFTER I REACHED THEY USE TO HARAS ME. AND EVEN THEY NEVER USE TO TAKE PICTURE OR VIDEOS. SMARTLY I TOOK VIDEOS BECAUSE I WAS VERY MUCH SURPRISED THAT IF THEY ARE RIGHT THEN THEY SHOULD ALLOW ME TO TAKE VIDEOS. AND EVEN I WAS KNOWING IN FUTURE THIS VIDEOS WILL HELP ME TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND HOW THEY MAKE PEOPLE FOOL. BECAUSE THEY WAS IN FAULT. THEY DAMAGED MY BIKE BY OPENING ALL THE PARTS OF BIKE, ENGINE OPENED AND EVEN SCRATCHES MADE BY THEM ON BIKE HANDLEBAR. AFTER SEEING ALL THIS THINGS I TOLD THEM INSTIDE OF WASTING MY TIME PLEASE CHANGE THE BIKE AND GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE. BUT THEY HAVENT LISTENED ME THEY THROWN ME OUT OF SHOWROOM. JUST THEY IGNORE MY WORD MIRZA , RAJNIKANTH, ASHISH SPOILED MYY BIKE. BECAUSE OF THEM MY ICCIDENT TOOK PLACE. BUT STILL THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND ME. INSTIDE OF GIVING ME RESPONSE THEY FIGHT WITH ME. AND THEY TOLD ME DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO. WILL SEE WHO WILL SUPPORT YOU. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO US. NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING TO US. WE NEVER GET SCARED OF ANYONE. REALLY THEY ARE USELESS THEY WASTED MY TIME NY MONEY BY TELLING ME COME TOMMORROW BIG ENGINEER WILL COME TO SEE YOUR BIKE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT NO ONE CAME . THEY LIED ME THAT ENGINEER CAME FROM PUNE MIRZA. BUT HE WAS NOT ENGINEER HE WAS STORE MANAGER. AND HE TOOK MY BIKE FOR RIDE AFTER HE CAME BACK HE TOLD ME THAT SOMETHING PROBLEM IS THEIR NEED TO CHECK . THEN I TOLD THEM DONT OPEN THE PARTS OF BIKE BUT THEY DIDNT LISTENED AND OPENED HOT ENGINE OF BIKE. I HAVE VIDEO OF THIS CLEARLY I TOLD THEM DONT OPEN . FROM LAST 6 MONTHS I AM FOLLOWING YOU BUT NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. INSTIDE OF RESPONDING SPOILED MY BIKE. AFTER SEEING ALL THIS CASE SHOULD NOT DISMISSED WOULD TAKE ACTION. , THE TIME WHICH I WASTED ON THEM. REQUESTING THEM BECAUSE THE MONEY WHICH I PAID THEM WAS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT . IT IS VERY BIG FOR ME. I CALLED ROADSIDE PEOPLES TO CHECK THE VEHICLE THE HANDLEBAR , BY RIDING THE BIKE AFTER THEY CHECKED EVEN THEY TOLD THE SAME THING BIKE HANDLEBAR IS NOT PROPER . EVEN WE KEPT 2 BIKE NEXT TO EACHOTHER ONE WAS MINE AND ANOTHER WAS COMPANY BIKE. I TOOK PICTURE I TOOK PICTURE AND ITS CLEARLY SHOWS THE DIFFERNCE. THE OPPOSITE PARTY IS NOT READY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ONLY THEY KNOWS TO HARRAS THE CUSTOMERS. THE COMPANY IS NOT HAVING PROPR DETAILS OF CUSTOMER. IN FUTURE IF SAMETHING WILL HAPPEN WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO WILL BE IN TROUBLE. THE POORMAN WILL SUFFER BECAUSE THE SAMETHING THEY WILL DO WITH HIM. HOW THEY DID WITH ME.
